Orders & Payment
Once your order is confirmed, we'll start preparing it for shipping within 1-2 days, so we're unable to cancel orders after checkout. Please take a moment to review your order before confirming.
Product Use
Our products are meant for you and your pet to enjoy together. We kindly ask that they're not resold or used commercially. Always supervise your furry friend during playtime and follow the care instructions to keep them safe.
Liability
We thoughtfully curate each product for quality and safety. However, we can't be held responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, or damage from unsupervised play or misuse. Products naturally wear over time with regular use. If something arrives faulty or damaged, reach out to us within 7 days and we'll send a replacement.
Governing Law
These terms follow Singapore law, and any questions or disputes will be handled under Singapore jurisdiction.
